Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data SensibleBots collects, why, and what we do - and do not do - with it. The controller of your data is BeaverForge - F.Z.E, B.C. 1307423, C1 Building, Business District, Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). Our Terms of Service govern your use of the Service generally; this page is specifically about your data.

1. What we collect

We collect only what the Service needs to operate:

  • Account information - your email address, and optionally a first and last name, provided when you accept an invite or buy a membership.
  • Your exchange API key and secret - stored only as ciphertext, sealed the instant we receive it. We keep the last four characters of the key in plain text so you can recognise which key is on file.
  • Trading activity - the positions, orders, and results your bot produces on your own exchange account, which we use to show you your dashboard.
  • Technical and security data - IP address, request timestamps, and similar logs, kept to secure the Service and to operate it reliably.
  • Support correspondence - anything you send us directly, such as an email.

We do not collect or store payment card details. Card payments are taken on our payment processor's hosted page; we receive only confirmation that a payment was made, its amount, and the processor's reference for it.

2. Why we use it, and on what basis

  • to create and operate your account and your bot, and to bill for it - because the Service cannot be provided to you without it;
  • to secure the Service, detecting and limiting abuse - in our legitimate interest and yours;
  • to contact you about your account, for example a renewal reminder or a security notice; and
  • to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not build an advertising profile of you.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where the Service requires it:

  • Your exchange - your bot places orders on your exchange account using the API key you supplied.
  • Our payment processor - to take card payments, under its own privacy policy.
  • Infrastructure providers - our hosting and email providers, solely to run the Service and send account email.
  • Authorities - where UAE law, a regulator or a court requires it.

No third party other than your exchange ever receives your API key or secret, sealed or otherwise.

4. Where it is processed

Our servers and the team operating them are located outside the United Arab Emirates. Your data is transferred to and processed in those locations, with the safeguards described in Section 7, as permitted by the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account and trading history for as long as your account exists, and billing records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Deleting a bot permanently discards our only copy of that bot's sealed API credentials.

6. Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you may ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive it in a portable form. Write to [email protected] from the address on your account; we will respond within the time the law allows. You can also revoke our access to your exchange account at any time by deleting the API key there.

7. Security

Your API credentials are encrypted the moment they reach our server, using a scheme where the key needed to decrypt them is held only on the process that operates bots - never inside the web application you interact with. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee against every possible compromise.

8. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in, plus a token that protects forms on this site from being submitted from somewhere else. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you before it takes effect.
